Osteopathy

A Personal Approach

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a safe, hands on effective treatment that works with the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue to ensure these structures are functioning together to allow the body to perform to its best. Osteopaths use various techniques from massage and stretching to articulation and manipulation which is suited and adapted to the individual needs of each person to find and treat the root cause of the pain or discomfort.

  • Help your body’s own healing mechanisms

Specific stretches and exercises may be given to enable patients to help themselves heal at home, as well as general advice about using hot/cold therapy and lifestyle changes that could help recovery time and reoccurrences in the future.
