Therapeutic Massage uses pressure applied with the palms, forearms, elbows or bamboo to affect the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue. The aim is to:

Dry Cupping massage is a therapeutic technique applying plastic cups to the skin using a pump which lifts and stretches the soft tissues. This promotes blood flow, reduces inflammation to reduce muscle tension and pain. It also helps with lymphatic drainage and stretching of the muscles and fascia. Continued Care
Specific stretches and exercises may be given to enable the patient to help their recovery at home, as well as general advice about using hot/cold therapy and lifestyle changes that could help recovery time and reoccurrences in the future.
