All About Richmond Osteopathy & Massage

A fully qualified, registered and insured Osteopath based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. With over 18 years of experience as an osteopath, having trained at The British School of Osteopathy in London.  I also acquired a level 3 Itec in Deep Tissue Massage in 2017 and Trigger Point Therapy in 2019, and have been qualified as a class instructor in Modified Pilates since 2011.  I am passionate about delivering friendly and professional healthcare. With an approachable character, I am happy to discuss any health concerns to see if I am able to help. I believe in helping people to understand their conditions, as well as giving advice and guidance for people to help themselves.

Richmond Osteopathy & Massage opened in 2021, following a career which included working at practices in Dorset, Southampton, Peterborough and 18 months as the first Osteopath in the Falkland Islands.

I live in Richmond with my partner Jim and dog Heidi. When not working, you will find me walking the hills and footpaths, cooking or finding a new craft to occupy my spare time!
